- You don't need to know the system password to reset
- Just follow the steps below so you can log in to the online portal and complete your event order form

If you need to ever reset your password, you're still in the right place, just follow the steps.
GOOD TO KNOW:
- If you try to use a different email than what we have on file, it will not recognize the attempt to log in
- The person on file with us is responsible for having ALL event order forms completed
- All correspondence will go to the email on file, including password resets and event order form confirmations
- You’ll be the main contact responsible for completing all event order forms, as the new online portal does not allow this task to be delegated to coordinators or other team members
- Main contacts cannot be changed due to reservation agreements, billing and invoicing post-Stampede
- If you're not able to log in, please contact us to confirm/update your email
