As guests arrive, they can first enjoy the liveliness of the Showbar or Terrace Lounge – or they are shown directly to their reserved seat in the Loge.

Servers explain the dining experience and the Winemaker Series, featuring 10 Great Days, 10 Great Wines. Beverages are ordered and prepared by the bartender or wine steward. A cellar master is also on hand to offer wine recommendations.

At the start of the premium gourmet meal, guests are brought a warm bun. The starter and greens are set, but guests can choose from five different mains and two desserts. There are a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices. Lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are included with a ticket. Alcoholic beverages, mocktails and specialty coffee and are not included and billed separately.

The ticketholder is responsible for all charges.

No advance food or beverage ordering is required. Allergy and dietary considerations can be extended to your server.

Food service closes at 2:00 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner. 


It's up to the suiteholder to complete an event order form in advance of their event. They will choose the food menu and either a full host bar or beer and wine only host bar, and can upgrade or choose additional premium food and beverage items on the event order form.

When guests arrive the server explains what is available from the bar and wine menus and introduces the dining experience. A cellar master is also on hand to provide information and recommendations about the wines. Ultimately, it’s meant to be a casual stand-up hosting atmosphere where the open bar is ready and waiting, with the suite attendant standing by to pour. The Winemaker Series, featuring 10 Great Days, 10 Great Wines, is unique to Premium Seating where incredible wines are procured especially for the 10 days.

Sharables are set as guests arrive so their culinary experience can begin right away. Suiteholders will choose a carved and flambéed item, along with a fresh salad, starch and vegetable.

Then guests enjoy something sweet before the end of the performance. There are a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices throughout the menu.

EXECUTIVE SUITES: An event order form needs to be completed by June 23, 2023 to let us know who the event host will be, choose the food menu and the wine and drink bar service, and advise of guest allergies or dietary restrictions.
