Sending Gifting & Signage In Advance

Our team can help manage guest gifts, signage or nametags in your private venue space. Services include:

• Pre-Event Storage: Items can be delivered in advance and stored securely until your event.
• Gift Setup: Items will be placed according to your instructions.
• Signage Setup: Only pull-up banners are permitted and can be set up inside Infield Suites, ranahans private dining rooms, The Lazy S Executive Suites or 30X Saloon (private events only).
• Nametag Setup: It’s up to the event host to provide nametags. We’ll set them out according to your instructions.
• Post-Event Collection & Return: Remaining items will be collected after the event and returned as arranged. 

• Delivery Window: Items must arrive no earlier than June 15 and at least 48 hours before your event to ensure proper handling and setup. Items received within 48 hours will be returned to sender.
• Delivery Address: Arrange delivery Monday to Friday (9 AM - 4 PM MST) to:

• Packaging Requirements: Use sturdy packaging or cases and clearly label each item with:
  • Company name
  • Event host name and mobile phone number
  • Venue 
  • Event date
  • Number of boxes (e.g. 1of4)
• Size Limits: No pallets or boxes heavier than 10 kg (22 lbs).

Please note the following restrictions for safety, logistical and liability reasons:

• Acceptable Items:
  • Wrapped gifts (e.g. boxes, bags or custom packaging)
  • Non-perishable items (e.g. books, electronics, apparel, memorabilia)
  • Personalized or branded items (e.g. corporate gifts)
• Unacceptable Items:
  • Items that require assembling or wrapping
  • Perishables (e.g. food, flowers)
  • Alcohol
  • Hazardous or flammable items (e.g. knives, candles, aerosols)
  • Large, bulky or oversized items
• Recommendation:
  • Guests may choose to carry on with other activities on Stampede Park after your event and carrying a gift could be cumbersome. Consider sending something personal directly to your guest pre-event to get them excited to attend or post-event as a thank you.
• Signage Restrictions: Signage requiring power, arriving damaged or needing extensive setup will not be displayed.

• Setup Instructions: Provide clear directions for arranging gifts, nametags or signage on your form. Please also indicate if gifts are one per person, one per couple or another arrangement. 
• Timing: Early venue access is not permitted. Items will be set out as instructed on your form.
• Gift Display: Items will be placed on existing tables or ledges. Due to space limitations, only existing tables and ledges may be used. Provide special handling instructions for fragile or high-value items.
• Signage Display: Only pull-up banners are permitted inside Infield Suites, ranahans private dining rooms, The Lazy S Executive Suites or 30X Saloon (private events only). Signage is not allowed in doorways, hallways, on outdoor seat decks on balcony railings or affixed to walls.

• Return Label: Include a courier return label with your shipment. Items cannot be held for pickup.
• Return Process: Items will be collected after your event and shipped within three business days using the provided label.

• Care of Items: While handled with care, Calgary Stampede is not responsible for loss, damage or theft. Insurance is recommended for valuable or fragile items.
• Lost or Damaged Items: Contact the Premium Seating team promptly if anything is missing or damaged. We will investigate and assist where possible.
