It’s time to complete your event order form! For those of you who have hosted with us before, we’ve rolled out a new online portal to make selecting your event preferences quick and easy. 

BUT FIRST, you’ll need to reset the system password to something you’ll remember by going to ‘Self Password Reset’.

Then you can:

  • Click on the 'Online Portal' below or you can...
  • Open a new browser window
  • Enter this URL: https://suites.myvenue.com
  • Enter CEAS for the Venue Code

Your package includes:

  • A premium lunch or dinner plus a selection of soft beverages
  • All the share and dessert items are already included in your package 
  • Gluten-friendly and vegetarian menu options available to choose
  • The feature wine selection will be stocked in your suite with the option to add additional wine

An event order form is needed for each suite and performance to:

  • Choose a carve, flambe, side and salad item
  • Add premium additions and plates from a special diet menu (charges apply)
  • Select bar and wine service (billed to the event holder based on consumption)
  • Share event notes or special requests 
  • Note guest allergies or dietary considerations
