• Chef prepares quantities based on your ticket count 
• All the share and dessert items are already included in your package

• Learn more about what’s included in your package (no extra cost) 

Billed separately to the eventholder (based on consumption):

• Alcoholic beverages
• Zero-proof specialty drinks
• Specialty coffee and tea 
• Premium additions and special diet menu items

Note: Guests can’t pay individually during the event.

Please complete the event order form by June 19, 2026. You’ll also need to provide:

• Event host name and contact info 
• Guest allergies or dietary considerations
• Any event notes or special requests 

Look for these buttons to submit your form successfully:

• Click 'UPDATE ORDER' to continue to the next action item or to save for next time

• Click 'REVIEW ORDER' to confirm your selections

• Click 'CHECKOUT' to submit the form

You can log back in to update your selections any time before June 19, 2026. After that… you’re locked in.

No stress—but we’ll take the reins:

• We’ll select menu items for you 
• A full host bar and feature wine package will be added 
• Heard about an allergy after the deadline? Let us know—we’re happy to update your form! 

• The event host will: 
  • Approve any onsite orders 
  • Sign off at the end of service 

• If you try to use a different email than what we have on file, it will not recognize the attempt to log in
• The person on file with us is responsible for having ALL event order forms completed
• All correspondence will go to the email on file, including password resets and event order form confirmations
• You’ll be the primary contact for completing all event order forms, as this cannot be delegated to coordinators or other team members
• Primary contacts cannot be changed due to reservation agreements, billing and invoicing post-Stampede
• If you're not able to log in, please contact us to confirm/update your email
