BOOKING

A Premium Seating Sales Manager is dedicated to the eventholder personally throughout the booking process. They are committed to ensuring their event sets a new bar for corporate hosting. A booking form must be completed in advance, followed by a reservation agreement with terms and conditions, and then full payment is made prior to eventholders receiving their digital tickets.

RESERVATIONS

Semi-private and private events are booked in advance of the Stampede with a Premium Seating Sales Manager. We do not take dining reservations, walk-in or guests without a ticket.

TICKETS

Eventholders will receive an email directly from AXS to access their digital tickets, including Stampede Park admission, after full payment has been received and closer to the event. It is up to the eventholder to transfer these tickets to their guests.

CHARGES

At the conclusion of the performance a bill including alcohol and zero-proof beverages will be presented to the event host and a signature will be required to sign-off on the amount. All charges are paid by debit or credit card at the end of the performance, or charges can be put toward a corporate account (if applicable). Eventholders will be responsible for all charges. Payment cannot be made individually by guests during the event.

Visa, MasterCard and AMEX accepted. Premium Seating venues are cashless.

GRATUITY

A fixed gratuity of 20% will be automatically added and shown on bills and invoices.
