HOW WE ROLL

Tickets include a premium lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea — with refills included.

Alcohol, zero-proof beverages, premium additions and special diet items are extra and billed to the eventholder. Guests cannot pay individually during the event.

Before the event, the eventholder completes an online event order form to:

  • Choose a carve, flambe, side and salad item
  • Add premium additions and plates from a special diet menu (charges apply)
  • Select bar and wine service (based on consumption)
  • Share event notes or special requests 
  • Note guest allergies or dietary considerations

A limited children’s menu is also included.

If the event host requests additional food or drinks during the event, they’ll approve any extra charges onsite.

Sharables are served right away so guests can start enjoying the experience immediately. The menu offers choices with gluten-friendly and vegetarian options. 

When guests arrive, the suite attendant introduces the dining experience, drink menus and wine selections. The atmosphere is designed to feel relaxed and social, with attendants pouring, carving and flambéeing throughout the event. Dessert comes out at intermission.
