HOW WE ROLL
Lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are included with each ticket. Alcohol and zero-proof beverages are extra and billed to the eventholder after the event. Guests cannot pay individually during service.
Before the event, the eventholder completes an online event order form to:
- Select bar and wine service (based on consumption)
- Share event notes or special requests
- Note guest allergies or dietary considerations
When guests arrive, they’re welcomed to their reserved table (semi-private) or general seating area (private event). The server introduces the dining experience and guests can immediately enjoy the signature buffet, featuring a variety of gluten-friendly and vegetarian options.
Just before the performance, guests are escorted to their reserved outdoor seats in GMC Stadium, where in-seat beverage service and sweet and savoury snacks continue throughout the Stampede Rodeo or Evening Show.
Food service ends at 2 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner.
