HOW WE ROLL
Lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are included with the purchase of a ticket. Alcohol and zero-proof beverages are not included and billed separately to the event holder after the performance or charged to a corporate account (if applicable). Payment cannot be made individually by guests during the event. Eventholders will be responsible for all charges.
An online event order form is completed in advance by the eventholder to provide the name of the event host, select a full or beer-and-wine only host bar and advise of allergy and dietary considerations.
As guests arrive, they are shown to their reserved tables if attending a semi-private event or welcomed to the venue with general seating for a private event. The server explains what is available from the drink and wine menus and introduces the dining experience. Guests can begin their culinary experience right away by visiting the signature buffet with a range of offerings. There are a variety of gluten-friendly and vegetarian choices throughout the choices.
Guests are escorted to their reserved outdoor prime seats in GMC Stadium just before the performance begins. The server continues with in-seat beverage service and a variety of sweet and savoury snacks are delivered while enjoying the Stampede Rodeo or Evening Show.
Food service closes at 2 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner.
