Getting Your AXS Tickets

• Tickets are delivered digitally through the AXS Mobile ID system
• You'll receive an email from AXS with instructions to access their tickets through the AXS app
• Please check your spam/junk folder
• Digital tickets allow guests to enter the event using their mobile device—no paper ticket is required

Helpful tips:

• If your phone has a VPN enabled, please ensure it is turned off, as it may prevent you from signing into the AXS app
• Each time you transfer a ticket, you will have to go through a 2-factor verification process
• Add your ticket to Apple/Android Wallet for quicker access, or transfer tickets to guests via SMS—just make sure they’ve signed in or created an AXS account.

AXS Mobile ID is our digital ticketing technology which provides you the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing your tickets online or in the AXS App.

• You can create an account without purchasing tickets by going to FANACCOUNT and entering standard account information
• After completing the account information, you can manage the tickets in your account

• Make sure everyone enters together
• Show the tickets on your phone for everyone in your group

OR

• Transfer tickets to your guests
• If you’re not arriving as a group, you can transfer tickets to your guests straight from your AXS account
• Your guests will receive an email with instructions to download the AXS APP and sign in
• Guests without an existing AXS account will be prompted to create an account to accept the transferred tickets

Have your ticket on your AXS app ready to at the entry gate, GMC Stadium and venue.

• Log into your AXS account directly rather than relying on your email confirmation
  Check your spam/junk folder
• Confirm you are using the correct email address – the one you used when purchasing the tickets associated
• Try accessing your tickets through the AXS app instead of a browser

No. Screenshots are not valid for entry. Tickets must be displayed through the AXS app using your mobile device.

Yes. You will need access to your AXS Mobile ID to enter the event. Free Wi-Fi will be available for guests to use at the gates.

Admission Services kiosks are available at Stampede Park entrances on the day of the event.

Tickets may be reprinted for the original purchaser only. You must provide:

• The order number or email address used for purchase 
• Valid government issued photo ID 

From your FanAccount:

1. Sign in to your account on https://fanaccount.axs.com/cstampede/login.
2. Click on “Your Tickets” and select the event.
3. Click “Transfer.”
4. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
5. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address or phone number. 
6. Review the information and click “Transfer.”

From the AXS App

1. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the event you would like to transfer tickets for.
3. Tap "Transfer.”
4. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
5. Enter the recipient's first name, last name, and email address or phone number.
6. Tap “Continue.”
7. Review the information and tap “Transfer Tickets.”

Please note: If transferring via phone number, the recipient must accept within 24 hours or the transfer will expire.

• If you already have an AXS account, tickets will automatically appear in your account
• If you do not have an account, you will receive an email prompting you to create one to claim your tickets
• Once you have an AXS account, future transfers will be automatically accepted

You can review your transfer history in the AXS app under My Events and Transferred, or through your online FANACCOUNT.

• If the recipient has not yet accepted the transfer or created an AXS account, you may cancel the transfer
• If the recipient already has an AXS account, the transfer is completed instantly and cannot be canceled. Tickets would need to be transferred back to you

Yes. The recipient will be prompted to create an AXS account to claim their tickets.

No. There is not fee to transfer tickets.
