Ensuring the privacy of our clients and guests is a priority for Premium Seating. We are not able to share information on others in any venue for any purpose.
You might consider gifting guests as a token of appreciation, have signage to display or want to provide nametags. The Cowboy Concierge team will transport items sent in advance from our secure storage or help bring items from Stampede entrances and vehicles. Venue space does not permit for extra tables, so we use the tables and ledges in place. Signage is only allowed inside private suites or dining rooms. Pull-up banners work best in our venues.
All items must be removed after the event and taken by the event host or we'll place them back in secure storage until after the Stampede. Please include a well-marked courier return label if items are to be held until after the event.

You can send items such as gifting, nametags and signage in advance, but secure storage is limited. Items will be set out by the Cowboy Concierge team as instructed prior to guest arrival. Early entry by the event host is generally not permitted.

Venues don’t include podiums, microphones, projectors or connectivity to venue TV screens. We encourage event and suite holders to focus on personal interactions.

All our venues including outdoor seat decks and patios do not permit smoking or vaping. Guests who wish to smoke or vape can do so in designated areas. Guest Service will assist our guests with exiting and re-entry procedures.
All recovered articles in Premium Seating will be brought to the venue Guest Service team. Items are kept for 24 hours, then moved to the main Lost & Found located at the north end of The Big Four Roadhouse, on the upper level. Operating hours are 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily during Stampede. You can reach the Lost & Found by calling 403.261.9347 or by emailing lostandfound@calgarystampede.com.
