Ensuring the privacy of our clients and guests is a priority for Premium Seating. We are not able to share information on others in any venue for any purpose.
You might consider gifting guests as a token of appreciation, have signage to display or want to provide nametags. Please send these items in advance. The Cowboy Concierge team will take items held in our secure storage to your event and carefully set items up as per your instructions. Venue space does not permit for extra tables, so we use the tables and ledges in place.
Signage can be displayed inside your suite, private dining room or at a private event in 30X Saloon. No signage is permitted on outdoor seat decks or reserved seating. It cannot be affixed to walls, set in doorways or hallways. Pull-up banners work best in our venues.
All items must be removed after the event and taken by the event host or we'll place them back in secure storage for pick-up after the Stampede.
It's always a good idea to ensure guests know each other and nametags help! It’s up to the event host to provide nametags.

Please send gifting, signage and nametags in advance. Stampede Park is closed to vehicle traffic and these items are not able to be delivered after July 3, 2025. Please use a courier and include a well-marked courier return label if items are to be held for courier pick-up after the Stampede.
We have some special instructions to ensure we are able to meet expectations.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME: Items must be received between June 16-July 3, 2025. Items not received within this timeframe must be brought by the event host on the day of their event.

PACKAGING: Ensure signage is in good repair and sent in proper transport cases. All items must be packaged securely and marked with the company name, contact name and phone number, venue, date of event and number of boxes (ie: 1of4). Boxes cannot be larger than carry-on luggage or heavier than 10kg. No pallets
RETURN: All items must be removed after the event and taken by the event host or we'll place them back in secure storage. Remember to include a well-marked courier return label if items are to be held for pick-up after the Stampede.
EVENT ORDER FORM: The details can be shared with instructions on the online event order form if you are hosting in a venue that requires one to be submitted. Otherwise, please contact us.

All our venues including outdoor seat decks and patios do not permit smoking or vaping. Guests who wish to smoke or vape can do so in designated areas. Guest Service will assist our guests with exiting and re-entry procedures.
All recovered articles in Premium Seating will be brought to the venue Guest Service team. Items are kept for 24 hours, then moved to the main Lost & Found located at the north end of The Big Four Roadhouse, on the upper level. Operating hours are 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily during Stampede. You can reach the Lost & Found by calling 403.261.9347 or by emailing lostandfound@calgarystampede.com.
