Booking & Charges - The Lazy S

BOOKING

A Premium Seating Sales Manager is dedicated to the ticketholder or suiteholder throughout the booking process. They are committed to ensuring their event sets a new bar for corporate hosting.

A booking form must be completed in advance and full payment made prior to ticket and suite holders receiving their digital tickets.

CHARGES

Loge Seating
At the conclusion of the performance a bill including alcohol and zero proof beverages will be presented to the ticketholder and a signature will be required to sign-off on the amount. All charges are paid by debit or credit card at the end of the performance by the ticketholder, or charges can be put toward a corporate account (if applicable).

Executive Suites
At the conclusion of the performance a bill including alcohol and zero proof beverages, food upgrades and premium additions will be presented to the event host and a signature will be required to sign-off on the amount. Payment cannot be made individually by guests during the event. Suiteholders will be responsible for all charges. All charges will be invoiced directly to the suiteholder after the event.

GRATUITY

A fixed gratuity of 18% will be automatically added and shown on bills and invoices.

Visitors & Children

To uphold the exclusivity of The Lazy S all guests must hold a ticket; no visitors are permitted.

Space in Loge Seating and the Executive Suites outdoor seat deck cannot accommodate strollers.

Children can visit the lounge if escorted by an adult.

As a corporate hosting facility, The Lazy S should be treated as you would a place of business. Venue amenities and menu choices in Loge Seating have not been included for children.

LOGE SEATING

All tickets represent a Loge Seat; children require a ticket. Amenities and menu choices for children have not been included on the Loge Seating menu.

EXECUTIVE SUITES

Children six years and younger do not require a ticket. However, there are an exact number of seats on the outdoor seat deck that correspond to the suite capacity.

Extra tickets can be purchased in advance, subject to availability.

Suiteholders can purchase up to two extra tickets per suite.

Ticketholders and suiteholders must contact their Premium Seating Sales Manager no later than 48 hours in advance of their event to purchase extra tickets. Tickets cannot be purchased on-site.
