Main Dining

As guests arrive, they are escorted to their table where a sharable is set so they can begin their culinary experience right away. Servers explain the dining experience and the Winemaker Series, featuring 10 Great Days, 10 Great Wines, is presented. Beverages are ordered and prepared by the bartender or wine steward. A cellar master is also on hand to offer wine recommendations.

There are a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices. Lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are included with a ticket. Alcoholic beverages, mocktails and specialty coffee are billed separately. The ticketholder is responsible for all charges.

No advance food or beverage ordering is required. Allergy and dietary considerations can be extended to your server.

Food service closes at 2:00 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner. 

Private Dining

It starts with a choice of a premium or beer and wine only host bar, available exclusively to guests in their private dining room. The server explains what is available from the bar and wine menus and introduces guests to their dining experience. A cellar master is also on hand to provide information and recommendations about the wines. 

Food service closes at 2:00 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner. 

Eventholders will choose the bar and wine service in advance on the event order form.
