If you have booked a table or private dining room you will receive an email directly from AXS to access your digital tickets, including Stampede Park admission, after full payment has been received and closer to the event. It is up to you to transfer these tickets to your guests.

You will receive an email from AXS to learn how to access your tickets using the AXS Mobile ID app closer to the date of your event. Please remember to check your spam or junk folders.
AXS Mobile ID is our digital ticketing technology which provides you the flexibility and convenience of safely and securely managing your tickets online or in the AXS Tickets mobile app.
You can create an account without purchasing tickets by going to FANACCOUNT and entering standard account information. After completing the account information, you can manage the tickets in your account.
Open the app and sign in to see your tickets
Show the ticket in the app at the entrance and get it scanned to enter. Yahoo!
Bought tickets for a group? Make sure everyone enters together OR sign into your FANACCOUNT and transfer tickets to your guests before the event and have them follow the steps above to enter the venue.
Please proceed to the Admission Services booth located at one of the three main gates (Erlton, Stampede Trail and Main). You’ll need to provide some form of ID and verification info previously entered into your AXS account.
Make sure everyone enters together. Show the tickets on your phone for everyone in your group.
Transfer tickets to your guests. If you’re not arriving as a group, you can transfer tickets to your guests straight from your AXS account. Then your guests can get in with their own phones using the AXS app. Your guests MUST also have an AXS Mobile ID for you to be able to transfer tickets
Have your ticket on your AXS app ready to show guest service upon entering the venue so you can be shown to your seat or suite.
A ticket transfer allows you to digitally send each guest in your party their own Mobile ID and use the AXS app for entry. With ticket transfers, you no longer have to worry about delivering the paper tickets to them in advance or meeting guests prior to the event to walk in together.
Here’s how it works:
Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
Select the tickets to Transfer and enter the recipient’s information.
On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.
The recipient will get an email about the transfer, and they’ll need to download the AXS app on their Apple or Android device and create an AXS account (if they don’t already have one) to complete the transfer. After that, the tickets will be theirs to use with the AXS App.
No, there is no fee for transferring tickets.
Review your transfer history within the AXS app by clicking on MY EVENTS and selecting TRANSFERRED. You may also review your transfers and purchase history at AXS.com.
It depends, if your guest already has an AXS account, the tickets will be transferred instantaneously. Otherwise, you have until your guest creates an account to cancel the transfer. Remember, your guests can always transfer tickets back to you.
