HOW WE ROLL
It's up to the eventholder to complete an event order form in advance to provide the name of the event host, select a full host bar or beer and wine only host bar and advise of allergy and dietary considerations.
As guests arrive, they are shown to their reserved tables if attending a semi-private event or welcomed to the venue with general seating for a private event. The server explains what is available from the drink and wine menus and introduces the dining experience. A sharable is set so guests can begin their culinary experience before enjoying the signature buffet with a range of offerings. There are a variety of gluten-friendly and vegetarian choices throughout the menu.
Guests are escorted to their reserved outdoor prime seats in GMC Stadium just before the performance begins. The server continues with in-seat beverage service and a variety of sweet and savoury snacks are delivered while enjoying the Calgary Stampede Rodeo or Evening Show.
Food service closes at 2:00 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner.
