Infield Suites Dining


It is up to the suiteholder to invite guests and ensure they have all the information they need to enjoy their special invitation. Suiteholders will also choose a menu their guests will enjoy. Lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are included with a ticket. 

Menu selections for lunch or dinner, bar and wine choices, allergy and dietary considerations are all made in advance on an event order form. Upgrades to the menu selection, premium food additions and spirits, beer or wine available on our menu can also be requested in advance. Extra charges will apply and the suiteholder will be charged based on the number of servings or guests in their suite.

It starts with a choice of a premium or beer and wine only host bar. The Winemaker Series, featuring 10 Great Days, 10 Great Wines, is unique to Premium Seating where incredible wines are procured especially for the 10 days.

Starters are set as guests arrive so their culinary experience can begin right away. Suitholders will choose a carved and flambéed item, along with a fresh salad and rustic slow cooker dish. Then guests enjoy something sweet before the end of the performance. There are a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices throughout the menu. Suiteholders will have the opportunity to upgrade or choose additional premium food items to enhance their guest's experience, charges apply.

A suite attendant is assigned to each suite. Larger suites with more capacity have more than one suite attendant. Larger suites also have an in-suite bartender, otherwise a behind-the-scenes team of bartenders are in the pantry to make specialty drinks and coffee upon request. Support staff are assigned to suites and pantries to ensure a seamless service. 

The suite attendant collects drink orders and ensures all the guests have something in hand before they begin to carve, flambé and serve lunch or dinner. As guests arrive, the suite attendant explains the dining experience and shows guests where to find the QR code for the drink and wine menus. Beverages are ordered and prepared in-suite by the suite attendant or ordered from the bartender. A cellar master is also on hand to provide information and recommendations about the wines. 

An on-site event host must be assigned as our point of contact, be responsible for suite guests and who will have authorization to make additions and changes to the event order form. All food and beverage choices not included with a ticket are billed separately. The suiteholder is responsible for all charges.


Suite attendants are responsible for all aspects of service. Pouring wine and making drinks from the host bar to carving, flambéeing and serving food choices. They ensure that the guests have everything the need from start to finish and rely on their support staff so they never have to leave the guest’s sight.

Suites are open-air with a large window overlooking a private outdoor seat deck. Guests do not need to leave the suite to enjoy the Calgary Stampede Rodeo or Cowboy Rangeland Derby Chuckwagon Races. Suite attendants will provide in-seat beverage service throughout the performances.
