Full concierge services are offered and we would be happy to assist with information on amenities, Calgary Stampede activities and schedules, ground transportation and anything else you can think of to help create that special experience. A concierge desk is located at the entrance to each venue.
We've got some tips for you to help as you prepare to welcome your guests.
If anyone is celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary or if there are special guests from out of town, we can help make their Stampede experience memorable.

Any signage must be kept inside your venue space. No signage is to be displayed outside the door at the entrance or on the table and keep in mind that we can not affix anything to the walls and floor space is limited. A simple pull-up banner or easel would work if needed in suites and private events/dining areas.
Name tags are always a nice touch especially when hosting a group that may not know each other well, but keep in mind the venue space does not permit for additional tables. We love to make room for western hospitality, let us know your plans and we'll do our best to offer ideas and solutions.
The venue is not equipped with a podium, microphone, connectivity to in-house TV's or an LCD/projector for presentations - take advantage of this intimate opportunity to conduct business on a one-to-one basis.
Early access is not permitted. Have your items delivered in advance and provide special instructions and we'll take care of the rest.
ranahans, Lounge patio, Al Fresco balcony and outdoor seat deck is a non-smoking area. Those guests wishing to smoke must leave the Grandstand building and smoke more than five metres outside the Grandstand west main entrances in the courtyard. Our concierge will assist our smoking guests with exiting and re-entry procedures. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
If you are gifting your guests remember two things. First, they have to take it home so be sure to think about size, weight and how they will carry it. Second, we strongly encourage you to have it delivered to us in advance so we can store and set out the gifting in advance of your guest's arrival.
Consider how to display or present the gift and be sure that its size does not take up all the table space already in use for seating guests and food and beverage service. Extra tables can not be accommodated.
Our team would be pleased to assist by storing your items at the venue in advance of your event and setting them out for you. Items must be received in our office NO LATER THAN June 23, 2017 so that we can log them into our inventory and transport them to the venue before traffic on Stampede Park closes for the Calgary Stampede. After this date, arrangements must be made by contacting us directly.
Anything delivered must be packaged in boxes clearly labeled with the company name, venue and date of event. Boxes should be "carry on" weight of no more that 35 lbs/16 kg.
We'll return signage or left-over items post event.
If you plan on bringing gifting or signage with you on the day of your event we are unable to assist in the process. Stampede Park is open to pedestrian traffic only and it is not possible to bring substantial gifting in from designated parking or through any of the entries.
