WINE ROOM & PRIVATE DINING ROOM

The Wine Room and the Private Dining Room offer the opportunity for an intimate atmosphere where food is plated and served directly to the table. You pre-select a special menu for your guests' enjoyment and to maximize your hosting capabilities.

Our team of culinary professionals source raw ingredients from local and regional producers and, in some cases, suppliers from around the world to bring to your table the freshest and finest products available. Our chefs will create a tantalizing selection each day from the freshest ingredients available - these selections are noted as Chef's Selection.

If you are seating in the Wine Room or Private Dining Room, you will choose two of the following menus. Suggested quantity for each is requested. All menus start with Chef's Selection of hors d'oeuvres and end with Chef's Selection of dessert.

To accentuate your exclusive dining experience, we at Premium Seating have exhaustingly researched and tasted some of the finest wines the world has to offer. We have hand selected an extensive array of these for your enjoyment during the Calgary Stampede.

For those joining us again this year you may notice we have refined our wine menu. We trust that while you will find an old favourite; you will be enticed to sample one of our new selections.

These refinements include an expanded offering of Canadian wines from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley. Not to boast but we were able secure some 2006 Nota Bene, the red blend that sold out this spring in a mere 47 minutes. The "must have" 2005 Osoyoos Larose Meritage, a blend of five Bordeaux varietals, has also been stocked.

Perhaps you will be looking for something extra special, our Reserve List is sure to entice. Of note, the highly sought after cult wine Amuse Bouche, a Pomerol-style Merlot/Cabernet Franc blend from California's Napa Valley. Another Napa classic Joseph Phelps Insignia as well as a number of vintages from the "pinnacle" of Australian wine, "Grange" have been cellared.
