BEVERAGE CHARGES
Your event is inclusive of all menu selections and all soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea. You are required to select how you would like to be billed for alcoholic beverages, bottled water and virgin cocktails consumed.
Please ensure you complete the Billing Preference on the ranahans Order Form.
Cash
Your guests are responsible for their individual charges and cash or credit card must be presented at the time of receiving a beverage.
Host Bar
If you would like to provide a host bar for your guests, a credit card will be required. All charges will then be charged to the credit card provided. Any change to beverage service must be authorized by the host.
Drink Tickets
Drink tickets may be ordered in advance. They will be available for your use upon your arrival on event day at ranahans. Drink tickets are non-refundable and are good only for the day they are issued. A ticket must be presented in order to receive a beverage.
SIGNING PROCEDURES
Whether you are charging to a credit card or corporate account, at the conclusion of the meal a bill will be presented and a signature will be required to sign off on the amount.
GRATUITY
A fixed gratuity of 18% will be automatically added and shown on all charges.
