Private Dining Guide

There are three exclusive private dining areas for you to choose from. You have the flexibility to host groups from 12 to 40 people in style and comfort while you enjoy fine food and fine spirits. When the action starts outside, guests will move to their reserved seats in the outdoor covered seat deck. The VIP experience continues throughout the event with personalized service right to your seats.


Located in the southwest corner of ranahans, groups of 32 to 40 guests can enjoy a unique culinary experience along with the true western hospitality this venue has to offer.  In order to preserve your private group hosting experience, guests will enjoy various food action stations and dedicated service right in the room.


Surrounded by the ranahans wine reserve, the Wine Room is an intimate retreat accommodating up to 12 people. You will enjoy fine foods offered from a distinct menu served to your guests at their seat. The elegant decor make this an experience you and your guests will never forget.


Host your guests on our spacious western balcony. With a maximum of 28 guests, this open air experience will allow you to enjoy a delicious meal while taking in the panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and the majestic Calgary skyline. Fine foods will be offered from distinct action stations, allowing you and your guests to custom design your dining experience at which ever pace you choose.

Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are not included and are billed separately after the event.

All five and ten day members will be offered the opportunity to set up a corporate account. Private dining room event holders must complete the corporate account application should you want to be invoiced after the event. Anyone without a corporate account must pay for their bill upon departure. For more information, please contact your account representative.


An event order form must be completed by every private dining room event holder no later than June 16, 2017. The event order form will launch in May from the home-page of this website. This is where you can make menu selections, advise of any special meal requests, choose your bar service and so on. A form must be completed for every private dining room for each day and event that it is booked.

If your order form has not been received by this date the menu selection will be made by Chef and premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made.
