Suites Dining

The Executive Suites are open daily from 11:30 am for the Stampede Rodeo and 6:00 pm for the Evening Show. Guests who hold a ticket for either the afternoon or evening on the day of their event only can also choose to visit the Showbar or Terrace Lounge apart from the suites dining experience, a variety of menu items will be available. Charges apply. Lunch or dinner in the Executive Suites is included with your ticket.


The Calgary Stampede proudly embraces our agricultural roots and social responsibility by featuring ingredients from local producers and farmers.


An event order form must be completed by every suite holder no later than June 16, 2017. The event order form will launch in May from the home-page of this website. This is where you can make menu choices, advise of any special meal requests, select a bar choice and so on. A form must be completed for each suite, even if you have multiple suites for one performance.

If your order form has not been received by this date all choices will be made our Premium Seating team and a premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made.


A gourmet selection of sharing platters are delivered to your suite prior to the beginning of the Stampede Rodeo or Evening Show. 

You’ll be able to choose a carved and flambéed item individually prepared by a private in-suite attendant and a global inspired hot pot. To complete the culinary experience chef has selected decadent home-made desserts and gourmet ice cream bars. These choices are included in your package. 

Premium upgrades and additions are also available. If you choose a premium carved or flambéed upgrade or premium addition you will be charged based on the number of servings or guests in your suite.

We have carefully included gluten-free and vegetarian options in the menu. If there are celiac or other dietary considerations, please let us know on the event order form.


You will be asked to select one of the bar choices listed below on the event order form. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are billed separately after the event to the suite holder. Please see the cocktail menu for the full selection and price list. Soft beverages including soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea are offered at no additional cost.

Wine, draft and bottled beer, coolers, ciders and special bar requests will be charged to the suite holder.

Wine, draft and bottled beer, coolers, ciders, highballs, signature cocktails and spirits including liqueurs, shooters, scotch, whiskey after thoughts and special bar requests will be charged to the suite holder.


If you would like to request a liquor or liqueur not already provided please let us know the brand and number of bottles. The suite holder will be charged per bottle for the number of bottles ordered at market price regardless of consumption. Labatt and Coca-cola are our exclusive partners therefore requests for other suppliers for product that is offered by our partners can not be accommodated.


Wine | by the bottle 
The feature red and white wines are $75 per bottle and will be included in your bar choice. The 2017 feature wine will be released in May 2017.


A perfect summer wine, this unoaked chardonnay is sure to please and happily surprise those who don't typically choose chardonnay. Its fresh and flavour-packed, with no distracting oak flavours. The mouth-feel is creamy, but not laden and the Fox Run Vineyards trademark of subtle melon, lemon and white nectarine aromas shine through.

VISTALBA CORTE C Mendoza, Argentina

61% Malbec | 39% Cabernet Sauvignon                                                                        

The intense red colour of this wine immediately draws the eye. Blending two grapes perfectly suited to the dining experience, this wine is an ideal pairing for our chef's creations. A velvety entrance is followed by soft tannins and notes of eucalyptus and licorice, all enhanced by French oak.

If you would like to replace or add to the feature wine it must be included on the event order form. Please see the wine menu or contact us at for a hand in selecting the perfect wine for your guests. The suite holder will be charged per open bottle.
