Executive Suites Guide

The Lazy S Executive Suites provide private hosting opportunities along with a private in-suite attendant. Flexible room sizes and spectacular views to the west make this the ultimate in corporate hosting.

Executive Suites are designed to accommodate groups from 24 up to 72 people. Each event is based on 24 people. Pricing for 2017 is $12,432 per suite, per event (plus GST).

It’s your turn to see the Afternoon Rodeo or the Evening Show from the best seats in the house!

Packages in The Lazy S are ALL-INCLUSIVE, ALL THE TIME: gourmet food selection personally prepared by your in-suite attendant; soft beverages; event tickets with Stampede Park admission; private seat deck for event viewing, complete with in-seat beverage service; Cowboy Concierge service, and; pre-event services through the Premium Seating Sales office. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are not included and are billed separately after the event.


Executive Suite event holders must complete the corporate account application should you want to be invoiced after the event. Anyone without a corporate account must pay for their bill upon departure. For more information, please contact your account representative.


An event order form must be completed by every suite holder no later than June 16, 2017. The event order form will launch in May from the home-page of this website. This is where you can make menu selections, advise of any special meal requests, choose your bar service and so on. A form must be completed for every suite for each day and event that it is booked.

If your order form has not been received by this date the menu selection will be made by Chef and premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made.
