Charges & Gratuity

FOOD & BEVERAGE CHARGES

Your event is inclusive of all menu selections in your ticket package, soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea. Charges apply to alcoholic beverages, virgin cocktails and special bar requests. If you are enjoying the Executive Suites and choose an upgrade or premium item extra charges will apply and you will be charged based on the number of servings or guests in your suite. Charges also apply to any food or beverage ordered in the lounge. Additional charges will be billed according to your corporate account after the event. 

Whether guests will be responsible for their own charges or a corporate account is used, at the conclusion of the experience a bill will be presented and a signature will be required to sign off on the amount.

CORPORATE ACCOUNT

If you are hosting 20 or more guests in the Loge or have an Executive Suite you must set up a corporate account and a credit card authorization form must be completed in advance.

LOGE

You will have the option to indicate if you want to be presented with a bill to you or your guests at the end of each event and pay by credit card or put additional charges including alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails on your corporate account.

The corporate account will also either allow us to charge your credit card after the event and forward an invoice or you can choose to receive an invoice and to issue payment within 30 days.

Your choices will apply to all your events in the venue. Whether guests will be responsible for their own charges or a corporate account is used, at the conclusion of the event a bill will be presented and a signature will be required to sign off on the amount.

EXECUTIVE SUITES

You will have the option to indicate if you want to be presented with a bill at the end of your event and pay by credit card or put additional charges including alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails on your corporate account.

The corporate account will also either allow us to charge your credit card after the event and forward an invoice or you can choose to receive an invoice and to issue payment within 30 days.

At the conclusion of the event a bill will be presented to the event host and a signature will be required to sign off on the amount.

This form must be completed in advance and returned no later than June 23, 2017. We are unable to open corporate accounts after this date and all charges will be presented to the guest at the conclusion of their event for payment by credit card.

A fixed gratuity of 18% will be automatically added and shown on bills and invoices.
