FOOD & BEVERAGE CHARGES
Loge tickets are inclusive of lunch or dinner bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea. Charges apply to alcoholic beverages, mocktails, specialty coffee and the starter menu and will be billed at the conclusion of or after the event, depending on the corporate account preference.
Executive Suites tickets are inclusive of lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea. Refreshing and/or refilling these items are at no additional cost. Upgrades to the menu selection, premium food additions and any spirits, beer or wine not already available on our menu can be requested in advance. Extra charges will apply and the suiteholder will be charged based on the number of servings or guests in their suite. If the event host asks for additional food or beverage not already selected on the event order form, they will need to sign-off on the additional charges at the end of the event.
Additional charges apply to any food or beverage ordered in the Showbar or Terrace Lounge.
Guests hosting 20 or more guests in the Loge or have an Executive Suite must set up a corporate account and a credit card authorization form for all guests must be completed in advance. They have the option to indicate if they or their guests want to be presented with a bill for payment by debit, credit or cash at the end of each event or have charges put toward a corporate account.
Guests in the Loge in groups of less than 20 must conclude the event with payment by debit, credit or cash.
If they choose for charges to be applied to their account it will either allow us to charge their credit card after the event and forward an invoice or they can choose to receive an invoice and to issue payment within 30 days.
The choice the guest makes will apply to all the events in the venue. Whether guests will be responsible for their own charges or a corporate account is used, at the conclusion of the event a bill will be presented to the guest or event host and a signature will be required to sign-off on the amount.
One bill will be presented for events in the Executive Suites. Suiteholders will be responsible for all additional charges. Payment cannot be made by separate individuals in the Executive Suites.

A fixed gratuity of 18% will be automatically added and shown on bills and invoices.
