At the Infield Suites the ingredients are hand selected and fresh.

The content is reflective of the 2008 events - stay tuned for the 2009 Food & Beverage release.

Whether enjoying the Rodeo or the Chucks there are four different menus to choose from (A, B, C or D). These menus are included in your package and are prepared by a private suite attendant. If you are in Suite #22/Super Suite, you may select two menus.

A gourmet selection of the following are delivered to your suite prior to the beginning of the event and are set for your guests to share.

  • A selection of breads and crisps
  • Seasonal vegetable platter with a creamy onion dill dip
  • Domestic and import cheese tray garnished with seasonal fruits
  • Sea-salted tortilla chips with Spanish salsa
  • An array of decadent pastries, squares and gourmet cookies

Menu A

Mandarin Prawns
sautéed with scallions, garlic and Mandarin oranges, flambéed with brandy

AAA Alberta Beef
crusted in rosemary & cracked black pepper, accompanied with onion jelly

Chicken Alexa
seared with Dijon mustard & tarragon sauce, topped with wild mushrooms

Accompanied with fired fingerling potatoes.

Menu B

Seafood Thermidor
calamari, shrimp, scallops, mussels, flambéed with brandy and complimented with lobster sauce

Alberta Pork Tenderloin Wellington
stuffed with mushrooms & bacon, rolled in puff pastry, accompanied with green peppercorn sauce

Stampede Chicken & Ribs
slow roasted and double smoked

Accompanied with rosemary infused tri-color potatoes.

Menu C

Fillets of Salmon
seared with herb lemon butter, flambéed with white wine and Sambuca

Striploin of AAA Alberta Beef
broiled with cracked peppercorn, presented with a roasted onion jelly

Honey Garlic Ribs
marinated and slow roasted, then pan seared with the Calgary Stampede's own BBQ glaze

Accompanied with garlic roasted baby potatoes.

Menu D

Lobster & Alaskan Crab
flambéed with napoleon brandy & a fleck of butter

Alberta Leg of Lamb
rubbed with a garlic crust then oven roasted and finished with honey & fresh herbs, served with a testy mint sauce

Braised Bison
tossed in red wine sauce, served with fresh diced vegetables

Accompanied with Italian style roasted potatoes.

Little Bucakroo's

We are pleased to accommodate children's meal requests at no additional cost.

WINE

To accentuate your authentic experience, we have exhaustingly researched and tasted some of the finest wines the world has to offer. When you and your guests arrive in your suite you will find it stocked with two classic wines - our Stampede Label White and Stampede Label Red. Our Sommeliers have also put together an incredible list of additional wines should you prefer something special.

We ask that you inspect the wine list upon your arrival to select your wine. Your private suite attendant has a wealth of wine knowledge and experience to share. Our Sommelier or Cellar Masters will also be pleased to assist you with your wine selection as you navigate your way through our wine list. This year the depth of the wine selections means that we won't be offering pre-orders or reserves.
