EVENT ORDER FORM
An event order form for each Infield Suite and/or event must be completed by June 24, 2010. If your order form has not been received by this date the menu selection will be made by the chef and premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made. You will receive a link via email to complete this form once we have received a credit card authorization form and you have received your tickets. Due to the nature of the event, 48 hours notice prior to the event must be given for any changes to food and beverage.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION
Corporate accounts are set up for all Infield Suite holders. A credit card authorization form must be completed in advance of receiving your tickets. You will be invoiced or charged, based on your preference following the final day of the Calgary Stampede. If payment is not received within 60 days of the invoice date the credit card provided will automatically be charged.
