Infield Suites

The theme is “up close” for both the proximity to the action and the feel of the experience. You can hear the shouting of the drivers and feel the wind as the wagons head around the barrels. If you’re lucky, you may even get a bit of dirt in your teeth as the chucks thunder their way across the finish.

Don’t be fooled. This is high-style hosting despite being metres away from the bucking chutes and chucks barrels with private in-suite attendants and personalized service. It’s the perfect location for anyone who wants to treat their best business associates and friends to the most authentic western hosting experience in the world.

Infield Suites packages are ALL-INCLUSIVE, ALL THE TIME: gourmet food selection personally prepared by your in-suite attendant; non-alcoholic beverages; two on-site infield parking stalls; event tickets with Stampede Park admission; souvenir programs & day sheets; private seat deck for event viewing, complete with in-seat beverage service; Cowboy Concierge service, and; pre-event services through the Premium Seating Sales office.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Corporate accounts are set up for all Infield Suite holders. A credit card authorization form must be completed in advance of receiving your tickets. You will be invoiced or charged, based on your preference following the final day of the Calgary Stampede. If payment is not received within 60 days of the invoice date the credit card provided will automatically be charged.

EVENT ORDER FORM

An event order form for each Infield Suite and/or event must be completed by June 21, 2012. If your order form has not been received by this date the menu selection will be made by the chef and premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made. You will receive a link via email to complete this form once we have received a credit card authorization form and you have received your tickets. Due to the nature of the event, 48 hours notice prior to the event must be given for any changes to food and beverage.
