It is up to the eventholder to choose a premium or beer and wine only host bar for their guests and advise of allergy and dietary considerations in advance on an event order form.

Dining, drink and wine menus for 2022 will be released in May. In the meantime, take a look at the offereings made in 2021 to get an sense of the experience.

A hybrid of table-side service and a chef-served buffet is offered, so no food ordering is required. Lunch or dinner, bottled water, soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are included with a ticket. Alcoholic beverages, mocktails and special bar requests are billed separately.

Food service closes at 2:00 p.m. for lunch and 8:30 p.m. for dinner.

There are a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian choices. All beverages for guests are billed at the conclusion of or after the event, depending on the corporate account preference.

Eventholders also assign an on-site event host who will be our point of contact, be responsible for the event guests and who has the eventholders authorization to make additions and changes to the event order form on-site. 

Event order forms are due by June 30, 2022.

If your event order form has not been received by this date a premium host bar will be offered. 

BAR CHOICE

You will be asked to select one of the bar choices listed below. Alcoholic beverages and mocktails are billed separately after the event to the eventholder. Please see the drink and wine menu for the full selection and price list. Soft beverages including soft drinks, juice, regular coffee and tea are offered at no additional cost.

BEER + WINE HOST BAR

Wine, bottled beer and coolers will be charged to the eventholder.

PREMIUM HOST BAR

Wine, bottled beer, coolers, highballs, signature cocktails and spirits including liqueurs, shooters, tequila, whisky, scotch and special bar requests will be charged to the eventholder.

We’ve selected a variety of bottled beer, coolers and spirits to enjoy and they will be available based on your bar choice. 

BOTTLED  Budweiser, Bud Light, Alexander Keith's IPA, Corona, Banded Peak Summer Seeker, Glutenberg Blonde Ale (GF), Budweiser Zero (non-alcoholic), Tempo Gin Smash Grapefruit, NUTRL Cherry 

SPIRITS  Stolichnaya vodka, Bombay Sapphire gin, Bacardi Superior rum, Bacardi Black rum, Bacardi Oakheart rum, Revel Stoke Canadian whisky, Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 whisky

You'll also be able to tell us if you would like to offer your guests an opportunity to order cocktails and shooters or upgrades to the premium spirits already offered on the event order form. Eventholders will be charged by the number of ounces consumed.

WINE  Our cellar masters have crafted a comprehensive wine menu that includes an abundance of varietals. You can choose the wines you would like to offer your guests from the wine menu on the event order form. The eventholder will be charged per open bottle. 

Special Meal Requests

If you are hosting a guest who is vegetarian, vegan or is sensitive to food allergies, you can request a plated meal to compliment the variety of options already available on the menu.

Special Bar Requests

If you would like to request a beer, wine or spirit not already provided, please let us know the brand and number of bottles. Charges are per bottle for the number of bottles ordered at market price regardless of consumption.
