COWBOY CONCIERGE
Full concierge services are offered at the Infield Suites. We would be happy to assist you with information on Infield Suites amenities, Calgary Stampede activities and schedules, ground transportation and to assist with special dining or hosting requirements. A concierge desk is located at each of the three entrances to the Infield Suites.
SPECIAL APPEARANCES & REQUESTS
To add that special something to your guests exclusive experience, you may want to request the following at no additional cost:
- A visit from a Rodeo competitor
- An informative talk on the Chucks
- A visit from the Calgary Stampede Queen & Princesses
- A visit from the Indian Princess
All special appearances must be requested in advance. Competitors and Stampede Royalty have limited time each day to visit the Infield Suites and therefore some requests may not be accommodated.
If anyone is celebrating a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary or if there are special guests from out of town, we can help make their Stampede experience memorable.
We are pleased to discuss these and other individual hosting opportunities to help turn your "up close" experience into a truly unique one.

CORPORATE GIFTING
Gifting your guests can be a great touch as part of your successful event. It's a good idea to ensure your guest can carry their gift with ease as they enjoy the sights and sounds of Stampede Park and the midway after the event. Prior to Stampede our team would be pleased to assist by storing your gifts until you wish to present them during your event.
If gifting is to be received and stored it must be delivered to the address below by June 23, 2011. After this date arrangements must be made by contacting Jessica Bartsch directly. Storage after June 23, 2011 can not be guaranteed.
All gifting must be packaged in boxes clearly labeled with the company name and venue. Each box should be no larger than a "carry-on" and weight no more than 35 lbs/16 kg. Keep in mind that if you plan on bringing the gifting with you on the day of your event we are unable to assist in the process. Stampede Park is pedestrian traffic only and it is not possible to bring substantial gifting in from designated parking or through any of the entries. Your understanding and cooperation is sincerely appreciated.
