LUNCH
Crisp fresh vegetables, a dip platter and a variety of desserts are set for your guests to share. You'll find all of these choices available a la carte when you arrive for lunch. Served with Italian roast potatoes, garden mixed greens and seasonal vegetables.

tender AAA Alberta striplion stuffed with Atlantic snow crab and asparagus, with herb & lemon butter
Seafood Skewer
barbecue baby shrimp, gargantuan scallops and double smoked bacon around a Cedar skewer based with fervor on a hot grill, with a tropical mango glaze
Chicken Cordon
slow roasted Alberta chicken breast, topped with old cheddar & Roman tomato Sauce Robert
Roasted Portabella Sandwich
red wine marinated, layered with Spanish onion, tomato and sweet grated carrots, balanced with thick slices of garlic herb bread & fresh baby greens, with Dijon cream cheese

DINNER
The dinner menu is served buffet style. If you are the only group in 30X Saloon for the Evening Show, then you can choose one of the menus below. If you are sharing 30X Saloon with other groups, the menu will be selected by the Chef.
All menus include tossed garden salad, marinated tomato and smoked Gouda salad, mixed vegetable salad, spinach salad, a selection of breads and a variety of desserts.
