BEVERAGE CHARGES
Your event is inclusive of all Rodeo and Evening Show menu selections and all soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea. You are required to select how you would like to be billed for alcoholic beverages, bottled water and virgin cocktails consumed.
Please ensure you fill out the required information on the Billing Preference.
Cash
Your guests are responsible for their individual charges and cash or credit card must be presented at the time of receiving a beverage.
Host Bar
If you would like to provide a host bar for your guests, a credit card will be required. You will be given identification for each of your guests. Guests in your group will then be identified by this when they request service. All charges will then be charged to the credit card provided. Any change to beverage service must be authorized by the host.
Drink Tickets
Drink tickets may be ordered in advance. They will be available for your use upon your arrival on event day at the 30X Saloon. Drink tickets are non-refundable and are good only for the day they are issued. A ticket must be presented in order to receive a beverage.
SIGNING PROCEDURES
At the conclusion of your event a bill will be presented if beverage charges apply and a signature will be required to sign off on the amount.
GRATUITY
A fixed gratuity of 18% will be automatically added and shown on all individual and host bar charges. An optional gratuity line will be shown and can be utilized if deemed appropriate.
