30X Saloon Dining

The 30X Saloon is open daily from 11:30 am for the Stampede Rodeo and 6:00 pm for the Evening Show.

The Calgary Stampede proudly embraces our agricultural roots and social responsibility by featuring ingredients from local producers and farmers. the Evening Show. Lunch or dinner in 30X Saloon is included with your ticket.

EVENT ORDER FORM

An event order form must be completed by every semi-private and private event holder no later than June 16, 2017. The event order form will launch in May from the home-page of this website.

SEMI-PRIVATE | EVENT ORDER FORM

Although chef has prepared a menu for your guests to enjoy, we would like to know who your event host will be, if there are any special meal requests and what bar choice is preferred.

PRIVATE | EVENT ORDER FORM

This is where you can make menu choices, advise of any special meal requests, select a bar choice and so on.

If your order form has not been received by this date all choices will be made our Premium Seating team and a premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made.

30X SALOON SEMI-PRIVATE DINING EXPERIENCE

Lunch and dinner are served buffet-style. Chef will inspire semi-private events with a select menu including a carved and flambeed station. No advance food ordering is required. The buffet is shared and not group specific. You must complete an event order form to let us know who your event host will be, if there are any special meal requests and what bar choice is preferred.

30X SALOON PRIVATE DINING EXPERIENCE

Lunch and dinner are served buffet style. If you have a private event making your event the only reservation in 30X Saloon, you'll be able to choose a carved and flambeed item and both hot pots will be served. These choices are included in your package.

Premium upgrades and additions are also available and charges per serving or per person based on the number of guests in your group. This is where you can make menu choices, advise of any special meal requests, select a bar choice and so on.

SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS

We have carefully included gluten-free and vegetarian options in the menu. If there are celiac or other dietary considerations, please let us know on the event order form.

BAR CHOICES

You will be asked to select one of the bar choices listed below on the event order form. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are billed separately after the event to the event holder. Please see the cocktail menu for the full selection and price list. Soft beverages including soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea are offered at no additional cost.

WINE & BEER HOST BAR
Wine, draft and bottled beer, coolers, ciders and special bar requests will be charged to the event holder.

PREMIUM HOST BAR
Wine, draft and bottled beer, coolers, ciders, highballs, signature cocktails and spirits including liqueurs, shooters, scotch, whiskey, after thoughts and special bar requests will be charged to the event holder.

SPECIAL BAR REQUESTS

If you would like to request a liquor or liqueur not already provided please let us know the brand and number of bottles. The event holder will be charged per bottle for the number of bottles ordered at market price regardless of consumption. Labatt and Coca-cola are our exclusive partners therefore requests for other suppliers for product that is offered by our partners can not be accommodated.

WINE MENU

Wine | by the bottle or glass

Feature red and white wines by the glass at $12 or by the bottle at $60 are available daily and will be included in your bar choice.

COCKTAIL MENU

A wide variety of signature cocktails, beer and spirits including scotch, whiskey and after thoughts will be offered including exclusive selections from Labatt and Coca-Cola. Cocktail service will be charged to the event holder.
