30X Saloon

30X Saloon fits a need for corporate clients seeking a private venue for larger groups, but at a slightly lower price point than other venues. Part of the cachet of 30X Saloon is how it sits in the centre of all the action, but remains private.

The secret recipe in 30X Saloon is the exceptional service that the great team provides. When you and your guests finish a hearty lunch or dinner inside the venue, you move to great seats with the rest of the Stampede fans, but with one huge exception - you receive personalized service right to your seats. This is truly a VIP experience among the masses.

30X Saloon packages include a gourmet menu with personal table service for lunch and a buffet dinner; non-alcoholic beverages; on-site parking passes, number determined by size of group; event tickets with Stampede Park admission; day sheets; prime event seats in the Grandstand, complete with in-seat beverage service; Cowboy Concierge service, and; event services through Premium Seating. Alcoholic beverages and virgin cocktails are not included and are billed separately.

All packages can be customized to meet your individual or corporate hosting needs. There is a 20 guest minimum. Tickets can be purchased in bundles of 20-140. Pricing for 2017 is $275 per person (plus GST). 

CORPORATE ACCOUNT APPLICATION

Semi-private and private event holders must complete the corporate account application should you want to be invoiced after the event. Anyone without a corporate account must pay for their bill upon departure. For more information, please contact your account representative.

EVENT ORDER FORM

An event order form must be completed by every semi-private and private event holder no later than June 15, 2017. The event order form will launch in May from the home-page of this website. This is where you can make menu selections, advise of any special meal requests, choose your bar service and so on. A form must be completed for every semi-private and private event for each day and event that it is booked.

If your order form has not been received by this date the menu selection for your private event will be made by Chef and for either a semi-private or private event a premium host bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made.
