30X Saloon fits a need for corporate clients seeking a private venue for larger groups, but at a slightly lower price point than other venues. Part of the cachet of 30X Saloon is how it sits in the centre of all the action, but remains private.
The secret recipe in 30X Saloon is the exceptional service that the great team provides. When you and your guests finish a hearty lunch or dinner inside the venue, you move to great seats with the rest of the Stampede fans, but with one huge exception - you receive personalized service right to your seats. This is truly a VIP experience among the masses.
30X Saloon packages are ALL-INCLUSIVE, ALL THE TIME: gourmet food selection from exclusive menu with personal table service; non-alcoholic beverages; on-Park parking passes; event tickets with Stampede Park admission; souvenir programs & day sheets; prime event seats in the Grandstand, complete with in-seat beverage service; Cowboy Concierge service, and; pre-event services through the Premium Seating Sales office.
All packages can be customized to meet your individual or corporate hosting needs. There is a 20 guest minimum. Tickets can be purchased in bundles of 20-140. Pricing for 2011 will be released by the end of September. Alcoholic beverages are charged separately.
If you are the only group in 30X Saloon for the Evening Show, then an event order form must be completed by June 23, 2011. If your order form has not been received by this date the menu selection will be made by the chef and a cash bar will be offered. To ensure quality and our ability to exceed your expectations, no exceptions will be made. You will receive a link via email to complete this form once we have received a credit card authorization form and you have received your tickets. Due to the nature of the event, 48 hours notice prior to the event must be given for any changes to food and beverage.
If you have a semi-private event, then the only form you need to complete is the credit card authorization form.

Corporate accounts are set up for all event holders. A credit card authorization form must be completed in advance of receiving your tickets. You will be invoiced or charged, based on your preference following the final day of the Calgary Stampede. If payment is not received within 60 days of the invoice date the credit card provided will automatically be charged.
